• NMPVS-519/1929332 - New administrative setting “neverReseed”, to avoid ever reseeding the database by accident. This setting should NOT be used in the installation phase, but should be added to the two appSettings.json after initial installation. See example: API Server and Identity Server

• CS0058721/1925572 - Field 496 - Should be read only in View mode.
