Import organization from version 5 and version 6

Migrating from Version 5

If you migrate from DVI version 5, you probably wish to maintain the organization structure in version 6.

In version 5 you are able to export the existing organization.

The resulting .json file contains Agencies, Containers, Users and Body Storage organization.

Import the file

You have to be signed in as sysadmin@plass.dk to use this function.

Navigate to Admin->Organization->Exchange and click Import Organization

Click SELECT FILE and choose the file that you exported from V5 or V6.

Click UPLOAD.

Finally click IMPORT UPLOADED ORGANIZATION FILE.
