User

A User is a linked representation of an Officer that is given access to log in to the DVI System.

Users are managed in a separate context, by default IdentityServer4, but your organisation may have implemented links to other Authentication and Authorisation servers to manage your identity in the police network, so that your officer details are already known when you start the system, or you may be asked to login and authenticate with user name and password before you are granted access to use the system with your particular authorisations.

Authorisations are only stored within the User context.
