Public Operation

An Operation is a container for specific Incidents connected to a Disaster.

An Operation can be marked public, meaning that all Officers connected to your servers are able to see the Files linked to the Incidents of the Operation.

Only Officers from the Owning Agency (or Officers from top-level agencies of the same country) can potentially view full details of the file, depending on their Role. All other Officers with access to the server have access to restricted details of the files in the Operation.
